The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Resort & Spa offers some of the best dining in the Valley of the Sun - with award-winning restaurants that will impress you with both their cuisine and decor. Marquesa is the resort's signature restaurant (rated 5 Diamond by AAA and 4 Star by Mobil Travel Guides) offers a true mediterranean experiernce by combining the seasonings and flavors of the Italian, French and Spanish Rivieras. La Hacienda, rated AAA 4 Diamond, is a Gourmet Mexican restaurant and is considered by many locals to be the best mexican restaurant in the valley. The ambiance and decor at this turn of the Century Mexico Ranch House is only surpassed by the culinary specialties from Old Colonial Mexico. The best Steak House in the region, The Grill, features the area's only prime, dry-aged beef and a wide variety of fresh fish and shellfish flown in daily. The resorts main dining room, LV Bistro, with its southwestern decor, expansive glass walls and tile floors, concludes the culinary repertoire with progressive American foods served in a warm and casual atmosphere.
