The Spa also houses a 24-hour full-service Fitness Center, which offers a range of body-mind fitness classes throughout the week, as well as personal training and private classes for Yoga, Stretch, Mat Pilates, Tai Chi, and Meditation, if you prefer one-on-one sessions to a class. 

Although the Royal Palms does not have an on-site golf course, they are centrally located in an area rich in championship courses to choose from, such as Sunridge Canyon, Troon North, Ocotillo, Grayhawk, Eagle Mountain, The Raven, and the courses at the Arizona Biltmore Country Club as well as The Phoenician, to name but a few.  In fact there are so many wonderful golf courses in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area that even if you stayed here several weeks and played every day you still would only get to a fraction of them!
